Geoff Teall is one of the leading Hunter and Hunt Seat Equitation trainers in the country. Horses and riders who have trained with Geoff have gone on to win championships, medals and ribbons at major events including Devon, the AHSA Medal Finals, the ASPCA Maclay Finals, the Capital Challenge, the Pennsylvania National, the Washington International, the USET Talent Search, and the National Horse Show.
In addition to training, Geoff is an “R” judge for both Hunters and Hunt Seat Equitation. He travels extensively in North America and Europe teaching, judging, and conducting clinics. He also owns and operates Montoga, Inc., a hunter barn in West Palm Beach, Florida. Geoff is co-founder of the AHJF (now united with USHJA) and the WCHR Program, but the AHJF is no longer around. He also serves on the USHJA Foundation Board of Directors, and is active on many Task Forces of the USHJA and the USEF. He is Chairman of the USEF National Hunter Committee, as well as chairman of the USHJA WCHR and the USHJA Professional’s Task Forces.
Geoff has also written a book, which is a must for those who want to master the art hunt seat riding.
